Cliniko is based in Australia. While their security protocols look solid, last I checked with them, they would not report HIPAA compliance nor sign a BAA. For that reason, I've not made time to write a review yet. Should that change, I will definitely add them to the list.

Hi, Rob: I would like to know approximately how much I should expect to pay for a Cloud Based Practice Management System? Could you (or anyone) make a recommendation for a software/system or a developer in my area? I practice in Washington State.
Thanks, KC

Hi Karla,

Prices for these systems range widely depending on the features you are looking for. You can read more about features and pricing on my reviews page.

As for a recommendation, I've had many clients be pleased with the recommendation they received through my Feature Match Report. I'd be happy to help you identify the best fit for your practice through that service.

Thank you for your comprehensive reviews. I've found that ERAs are the most important component I'm looking for. Which EMR scored highest on that factor? Progress notes are closely second.
Thanks!

Thank you for the kudos, Mike. Since I'm not able to directly test ERA functionality in each of the programs, I don't rate/compare it so much as note that it's there along with what features it comes with. It would require a substantial amount of time and set up to be able to do a level of testing that would allow a true comparison.

Further, people are often looking for different blends of features/functionality/aesthetics, which we address in your Feature Match and/or consultations.
